Will my bill spike from AI usage?

No. Overages are off by default on every plan. You get a default spend cap (e.g. $100/mo on Starter), alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of your included credits, and the ability to buy prepaid credit packs at any time. Overages only activate if you explicitly raise your cap.

What if I need a custom website section not in the standard set?

The Custom Sections Pack ($90) gives you 9 custom layout blocks built from Newport Slice templates — hero variants, grids, testimonials, FAQs, etc. If you need truly unique artwork, interactive configurators, or anything outside standard section complexity, that work is scoped and quoted separately. We won't absorb 60+ hours of custom work at package rates.

How long does it take to launch?

The standard Newport Slices website is a repeatable product — many sites launch within days of receiving your assets (logo, photos, copy). We provide an asset checklist at kickoff. The more responsive you are with assets, the faster you go live. HelixFlow configuration runs in parallel with site build.

Do you integrate with Square or other payment processors?

HelixFlow's payments module tracks invoice and payment state, and can trigger automations based on payment events. We can connect Square workflows (sent invoice → SMS reminder → paid → review request) as part of your automation setup. Direct Square payment processing requires your Square account.

Is there a setup fee? Can it be waived?

Yes — a one-time launch fee applies on month-to-month plans: $1,500 (Starter), $2,500 (Growth), $5,000+ (Scale). The launch fee is fully waived when you prepay 12 months upfront. Annual prepay is non-refundable.

What does 'managed infrastructure' include?

Hosting, uptime monitoring + alerting, health checks, managed CI/CD deploy pipeline, rollback capability, and rapid deployments for content and feature updates. You don't manage servers. When something breaks at 2am, we see it before you do.
